Founded in 1972, the Homebuilders Association of the Lowcountry is a trade organization consisting of individuals and firms involved with the production and sale of new homes. The purpose of the organization is to improve the quality and value of homes in the four counties comprising the southern tip of coastal South Carolina and to assist its members in achieving a superior level of performance and professionalism.
